I have been reading advertisements on newspapers about ACER laptops pre-installed with GNU/Linux. I don't know what their model numbers are, but they have appeared around 2-3 weeks ago. If you have an indiatimes email account, you can use http://epaperdaily.timesofindia.com and check out the archives. Or find out your old paper stocks in the store-room ;) But the Acer Showroom (in SION) didn't know what Linux distribution was installed on the Laptop! :) (I had called up only to ask that!)
