The average way we create documents and format them is possible in
OO as well as M$O. Even before linux, I have been using OO for more
than 5 years, downloading its versions using dialup. Sometimes I
find it difficult to give tech support for M$O as I don't use it or
have it in my system. Then I google for info. and convey it to the
clients or try it out there.
what i meant is that savvy users dont use office suites
