Sometime Today, rb cobbled together some glyphs to say:

Why? This is daft. If a user doesn't have anything to say about
himself, that's no reason to penalise him.
5. One rule is any edit should be backed up in the Discussion page - comments
all edits have a summary field that you're supposed to update except for
minor edits. discussion page is if you think the edit is doubtful or
controvertial in nature.
