My office has a nice conference room (methinks 20-25 capacity) and i can provide a projector and bandwidth (we are a datacenter after all). Tea/Coffee/Soup/Lemon Tea is freely available, rest can be arranged for.
Unfortunately 21st is a 'not in bombay' situation for me, so maybe next month.
