not really. Depends what is the version of pdf and the password scheme supported by evince.
$ file VISA_PREFERRED_INTERNATIONAL-GOLD.pdf VISA_PREFERRED_INTERNATIONAL-GOLD.pdf: PDF document, version 1.4 Don't know how to check evince's password scheme.
