One thing is sure. If you have to have up-to-date Debian system, you
need to have good bandwidth with unlimited downloads. :-)
I think you can upgrade or update using a DVD too. Its the lure to do it
before going to bed that causes impatient use of bandwidth. I did 1.5 GB
on my 400 MB account last month. :)
