Hi all (& list admins).. shouldnt there be a rule like.. if there are offtopic responses to a query, the responder either change the subject line or desist from responding in same thread... quite a lot threads of sensible questions go haywire.. with the offtopic threads that start! (esp by trolls, idlers.. etc).. or maybe a list rating on which list has most offtopic responses..to the original query!!
