Perhaps the response could have been worded more
diplomatically, but legally, the question remains valid: people
should be prepared to provide the source as soon as the binaries are
published. An I correct in my understanding that the binaries have
been around for more than a few weeks now? If so, I do believe that
there might be copyright violation in progress (what Miscrosoft terms
software piracy); and for Debian derived distributions, I am an
injured party, and would appreciate knowing the answer.
