You are using a word from a romance language to refer to a commonly accepted designation in the software community, and i this specialized context, libre has to do with liberty, and free as in free speech; as opposed to gratis, which is hte free beer sense you are looking for. Now, you can continue to jam your fingers in your ears and tells us "nyah, nyah, I am not heeearing youuuu", but you'll just look silly in the broader free software community if you go around telling people that libre software refers to free as in beer. We are talking about concepts and philosophy that has been well established, been around for decades, and is commonly accepted by an international community numbering in the millions. You might be wholly ignorant of the philosophy or the broad understanding, but trust me, you hgave arrived on the scene far too late to dicate what the acronym FLOSS expands to and means.
