Hello All,
The NGO that Krishnakant is assisting in converting to Linux, plans to
buy 4 laptops that will be used for demonstration sessions in multimedia
as well as web, graphics and office applications. So the lappys have to
run proper sound as well as video. Krish is right now in Kerala so I am
posting this message on their behalf.
Those who have recently purchased laptops and are running linux properly
on them, please give their suggestions and opinions for lappys that
install linux out of the box. Last time Krish and his team had a tough
time getting linux up on 102 ggc with dual core processors. So this time
we are playing safe.
