We need a person who is interested in Storage. Distributed file systems, databases, flat files - whatever. ;) This is a longish project. We need to devise and implement a flexible storage solution for large collection of arbitrary data units. The exact solution may not be open sourced but any enhancements to the underlying systems will be given back to the community. If it is possible, any generic solutions encountered in this quest will also be given back to the community. We will work on the GNU/Linux system for this. This person also has the responsibility of getting up to 1 more people for this project if he needs him. Person should have extensive programing experience in C and should have in-depth knowledge in the above mentioned areas.
