Oh yes, it does redirect. I guess, when glug-bom.org is not available due to (whatever) problem, ilug-bom does *not* offer redirection (obvious). I remember, a long time back, bluesmoon and a few others discussed that changing ilug-bom.org.in to glug-bom.org was not good because it would be difficult to change the links all over the internet and that ilug-bom.org.in did not offer redirection at that time when (they) tried to access it.
