Further investigation leads me to a boo-boo on my local nameserver

it should have been
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ dig +short @cc4.tifr.res.in. db.glug-bom.org
158.144.44.134
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ dig +short @tifrc6.tifr.res.in. db.glug-bom.org
158.144.44.134
'svc -u(d) /service/dnscache' and all is well now..
