Yeah. They can start by using Squid for their proxy server. Saves
licensing costs for atleast one machine. Not difficult to install and
maintain either. Besides, uptime  and speed is so crucial in a cyber
cafe environment that using MS Proxy is as reliable as...err...Sachin
Tendulkar in a high pressure situation.

I don't see the client machines migrating any time soon.
