Hmmm. How was the additional package installed?

And of course, it is easier to do it this `new' way, but I'm just wondering 
what went wrong that it wasn't working with the old firmware. I guess the 
manual way should work fine with the new firmware as well, so it'll be good 
to have a fallback, in case something goes wrong with the dnsmasq way.

Then again, the problem is in getting it to work manually.
