It is a 16-bit compiler on a 32 bit microprocessor. I wouldn't mind using (both) GCC and Turbo C/C++ IDE, but not the older version. Apparently, it (3.0) tends to be (and propagated) as the _only_ compiler that the "C" programming language in its entirety, for newbies. BTW, we have shifted the focus.
