depends. Like looting the bank is evil. Robbing others copyright is 
evil. Patenting prior art is evil. Running scam schemes like M$ and 
Novell is VERY EVIL. Working for them is not evil merely stupid.
Scaming the scammers is .... aha.. eh...well...what's the scheme?
