What amazes me is the way some people juggle between promoting FOSS
and bashing freedom.
there is a difference between freedom and license - freedom is something
that one uses with responsibility and includes respecting the freedom of
others - which means sometimes curtailing what we do because it steps on
the toes of others. License, on the other hand, means doing precisely
what one wants without bothering about others, or their feelings.
The reference was to wikipedia. Wiki emerged as a free (as in freedom)
alternative to institutionalized control of knowledge.
