Thanks. I just checked and its still not working. Last time
I called the helpline those great chaps didnot even pick it up. Not
even the direct number. And IIRC, I was once told it was 24x7. Sad,
really sad. I think we should think atleast billion times before we
say the word "IT Superpower" next time. *Sigh*
