The IN part is mainly the ``locale'' part. Locale deals with things
other than the language itself, like currency, time zone, decimal
format, etc.. It _may_ also incorporate country specific spellings,
etc.. but since we more or less follow British spelling conventions,
there isn't much in that.
Nevertheless, pretty funny email.
