you have fallen into the trap that catches all n00bs to googling -
assuming that whatever the first link turns up is the answer to the
question you asked. This is a common mistake made by many people and
there is no reason to be disheartened. If you work at it, you can
refine your search queries to really dig out what is meant by thread
recycling. And you will find that ilug Mumbai list rules do not
prohibit message recycling! Strange.
