ummm? You want to torrent over a 16 Kbps line, really? We are
talking about data card and hence dialup connections effectively.
Downtimes - ummm don't really know, it works if there is a tata
indicom network, so I guess uptime is important there or else lots of
mobile users will be in a messy situation as well or maybe not.
Anyways if you are wondering about torrenting over tataindicom
broadband aka vsnl , yes it does work.
