Create an account on any one of those wikis - glugbom, when
it is up, nrcfoss wiki or which ever.
Neelesh, I suggest you mention the license of the documents
you are writing and uploading. There are lots of free licenses to
choose from. Choose one that you think is appropriate according to
you.
