Do you know someone who knows Asterix?

With the media clamp down in Pakistan I have been contacted by an NGO
who are about to fly someone out there to find a company there who would
build them a system now so that regional press can distribute news. They
would appreciate their guy having a chat with someone who can give him
some pointers.
