i have serious doubts as to whether uploads are not calculated. BSNL  
counts uploads also. I have a feeling that the person who wrote the  
FAQ was told that uploads are negligible compared to downloads and  
that they would not substantially affect the billing and he  
translated this to mean that uploads are not billed. This is easily  
solved by uploading a big chunk of stuff and seeing if it is billed.
