I forgot one more: 4. I have downloaded the latest Java runtime and followed instructions to install it. Pointed Konqueror to what I hope is the right .so file, linked the plug-in to Firefox, etc. Still, Java does not work. Any more pointers? -- http://mm.glug-bom.org/mailman/listinfo/linuxers
