 There is *lot* of training stuff avaibale on official blender website
in form of tutorials and samples. I doubt you will find any
organization which can provide you blender training out of the box.
Also, blender.org has e-shop with some essential books on blender.

 Well community will support you in terms of suggestions/solutions to
the problems you are facing. Do not expect the community to spoon feed
you but if you are stuck somewhere, community will go to any extend to
help you out.
 Major source of help for blender are blender mailing lists and
