Do the politicians take note of online petitions? There is so much 
online activity going on. Since you are in Delhi, sending a nice paper 
letter across to the Ministries would be more attention grabbing. We 
could format a common letter and GLUG-BOM could meet this Sunday and add 
signatures. That mail is then couriered to a common place in Delhi where 
other GLUGs do the same. Then all the mails are sent across to the PM's 
office in person.
