I hope you do realise that those e-mail disclaimers are meaningless and hold no legal weight? Just about the only one that works is ``Not speaking on behalf of Company Foo.''. The others, which ask to to delete the message, not use it for anything, etc. are just so many extra bytes travelling in the Internet.
