Very true! I have installed GNU/Linux on customers' machines for free, 
just for promotion and they don't have any value for it. They treat it 
as a demo and go back to doze as soon as they find it a different 
environment. They don't even bother to make an effort to understand it. 
Now I only give live demos and provide live CDs just to let them get the 
hang of it and that too, only to those who show a little interest.
