I used the standard nv driver with etch. Dual head with one samsung @ 
1024x768 and one tv @ 800x600. The samsung monitor has failed and i 
havent had time to look at it, hence the XF86config-4 file is not 
available at the moment.
The limitation was that i could not get console on the tv. X worked 
with independent desktops as well as one large desktop.
this was a year and half ago.

Afaik 32 mb must be allocated for twinhead
