Windows is quite a PITA to maintain especially with viruses and its 
affinity for corrupting the file system, resulting in frequent reboots, 
hanging and blank screens. Employees who use the pcs have a don't-care 
attitude. After the coming of broadband about 2 years ago, these 
problems have increased. Pen drives are a nightmare. Every time I see 
someone putting in a pen drive, it feels as if he's injecting a syringe 
infected with a deadly virus.
