The article states that the exams were held in Mumbai. Afaik the exams were held in S'pore. I had cleared the CISA exams held in June and was thinking of attempting the CISSP certification but was put off by the S'pore venue. A couple of other successful CISA candidates were also interested. However we could not muster the minimum 10 candidates for holding exams in Mumbai.
