TIFR is too far ... I agree with Parag; let's have it at HBCSE or SNDT. Is there any one who can talk about XML? I think it would be nice to have that along with SGML, since the two are very closely related. Also would it be possible to set up a computer so that we can actually look at the tools used for SGML ...
