I don't know about you, but I'm not too keen on attaching my complete,
detailed personal and professional information.
Furthermore, just take a look at the site. They have the windows logo
plastered at the top of every page. The page does not follow even one
of the accessibility guidelines, and is very image intensive.
To me, this just looks like one big clueless group, with too far to go
to achieve any level of competency.
