[ILUG-BOM] Unknown Behaviour of server

i am running the Linux RH server  with PHP and MySQL and 
executing the script commands from php scripts
Now my problem is that  SOMETIME the scripts are 
execurted and some time not.
What is the possible prolbem???
plz help me out
