you can use sndconfig to configure your soundcard. It will be detected as Ensonique 1371.
For manually installing, you can use the es1371.o module alongwith sound.o and soundcore.o. Remeber, you'll need to install sb.o as well, 'coz this card uses SB compatible MIDI modules.
