Yes indeed it is possible with fetchmail.
try this in your .fetchmailrc file under /root
poll <my-domain.com> with protocol pop3:
no dns
user <mailbox-name> is * here
password xxxx
The mailbox-name is the mailbox you have created
and xxxx is the password used to access that mailbox.
