As a start, I guess you can speak to students and teachers from 1. IIT 2. VJTI 3. NCST 4. University of Mumbai (They have a number of courses, i hear) 5. Graduate Colleges [ There is this Vocational Course in Computer Applications which requires them to do software deveopment projects]. 6. Corporates [ any ideas whom to approach first, we also need to finalise what the ILUG-PRC responsibilities will be in relation to doing projects for corporates]
I think these should give us sufficient information on the kind of projects that can be done, and what the ILUG needs to do to make those projects valid.
