Thats nice ... but let me warn you it will be a lot of time if you 
wanna see accounting on Linux. If you have hours to give explain 
standards and protocols ... perhaps lead a team, I am sure people 
will help you out.

As a suggestion why not go to sourceforge.net and find out whats 
already there.
