Hi! i tried to run MASM in Linux using dosemu+freedos
but i get the following error: Phar Lap err 35: The 386 chip is currently executing in virtual 8086 mode under the control of another program. You must turn off this other program in order to use 386|DOS-Extender to run in protected mode. will i b able to run MASM ? or do i hav to resort to inline assembly ? (Turbo C works fine in dosemu) BTW can ny1 tell wot the error means nd how did the program come to know abt all the stuff ...
