I'm planning to install Dos for using MASM (for real mode assembly) but i don't hav ny Dos partitions. I only hav /boot swap nd / like this : ============================================================ Disk /dev/hdc: 255 heads, 63 sectors, 526 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 bytes Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System /dev/hdc1 * 1 6 48163+ 83 Linux -> /boot /dev/hdc2 7 526 4176900 5 Extended /dev/hdc5 7 15 72261 82 Linux swap /dev/hdc6 16 526 4104576 83 Linux -> / ============================================================== i wud like to resize / to make room for Dos. is this possible? theres a tool called resize2fs , but havent used it i guess u gotta b really careful with tools like this ...
