And how do you plan to keep this file up-to-date? As you know, Domain 
names and associated IP addrs tends to change by the minutes :-) That is 
why need for DNS to avoid central repository and making it a distributed 
DB. Pls have look at DNS HOWTO for need and working of DNS.
