1- Although the pcmcia card installation works, and my pcmcia card modem
commands display, Mandrake cannot find the modem ('query modem), whether
as devmodem or under any devtty S (1, 2, or 3).
2- Despite (or because of) Cups, my Canon BJC85 printer does not print
sharply nor with its correct density but is a blurred grey (no, ‘shades
of grey’ has not been turned on).
3- The Intel 830 M graphics card b/1024 x 768 lcd screen which should
provide 32 bit true colour, only shows at 24 bit colour. .
4- Mandrake 9 doesn’t take into account the Canon Canoscan N670U
flatbed scanner.
Any solutions?
