7.2 version?  I assume you mean Debian 7.2.  I suppose debian 7.2 will 
have an LDAP package when it gets released sometime in the next 30 
years - provided LDAP is still in use then.  Most other distros had ldap 
stuff in their 7.2 versions (if they had that version).
