Hi Does anyone know how to dump a VHS tape into MPEG-4 directly?
- Is there a hardware encoder that can be bought to get this done? - Are there any organizations that do this at a fee? Any information on this would be great. I would like the RMS lecuture that was conducted on the 14th Feb 2003 at VJTI reach as many users as possible and thus to be able to download it from the internet I'm trying to get the size of the file to be fairly tiny at the same time not loose out too much on the quality.
