I Sco unix, there was a nice command line utility to lock a console / terminal session. It would display an (optional) banner, and unlock only on supplying a password. Is there any such command in linux ?
Yes there is the vlock utility in Linux that lets you lock you terminal
sessions. Also there's xlock, which can lock your X sessions.
