hi ashok,
glug will be more than happy to conduct a workshop.
it will be nice if u can get some details like the
type and experience of the audiance ... the topics
that the students / audiance wish to be covered and
when is it most likely to be scheduled.
it is best to have it on weekends so that there is
little problem for speakers to manage their time
most workshops for students are spread over 2 days and
laid out usually like:
1) intro to free s/w paradigm and its philosphy ...
2) Installation
3) Getting around with GNU as an OS. doing everyday
things.
4) Programming and scripting envs.
5) some admininstration topics.
6) question answers at end of each day.
7) hands on labs sessions if possible
8) free s/w cds are sold by FSF india at dirt cheap
rates (cost of media and burning)
you can reach me on 9820693048 if u wish to know
anything else.
take care
harsh
