The main objective of Hipatia is the freedom of knowledge, leveraging free software as the key tool to do this. In this way, this list would like coordinate efforts to fulfill WSF4 software necessities (web, mail, communications, news, virtual spaces, anything...) using only free software, cooperating worldwide." WSF4 is to be held in the Indian city of Mumbai (Bombay) in January 2004. Do join this mailing list.
