Assuming first is done, second and third are done my the respective software 
mentioned above. About first, sendmail is not what you need, get fetchmail 
etc. Sendmail is for those who want to lets say accept mails at there 
computer, lets say you have permanent net connection [Or have a good friend 
who does] and want to accept mails for all the users of your domain, so that 
they in tern can use fetchmail/pop/imap etc to access from your computer.

Besides you may find postfix better than sendmail if you did wanted to use it 
[pretty fun experimenting, but unless you are doing it for money, you should 
not be doing it; that is if you care about your mails].
